Meet The L Salon South Team

Lisa has always had a deep passion for all things art which is what originally started her journey as a stylist. She was then introduced to Aveda, which opened a whole new world of beauty. Aveda's mission resonated deeply with Lisa and translated into her opening both L South and L North. She hopes to continue to teach, inspire, and ignite the same passion for Aveda and Beauty to others as it was once what inspired her to be.

Faith has always had a wild curiosity about all things related to the beauty industry. As a young girl, she spent hours mimicking the hair and makeup trends in the latest magazines on her dolls and herself (for better or worse!). That love of all things beauty grew fiercely in Faith and she pursued a career in Cosmetology. She was lucky enough to work in an Aveda Salon from the start of her professional career and fell in love with the company and its products. Faith has respect for the continuing education involved in evolving her career and attends as many classes and shows as possible to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques! She considers herself lucky to have worked with Team L for the last 20+ years and along with it - to have amazing clients who over the years have become great friends.

Lori started in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer/choreographer in LA. This sparked a passion for hair and makeup. She then attended the Aveda Institute in New York City absolutely falling in love with the mission, products, & lifestyle of Aveda. She has been working with Aveda since 2001. Lori specializes in color and styling, and puts those talents to use every Wednesday at L South. Lori loves making everyone who sits in her chair look and feel their best!

Holly has been with us since the beginning! She has always had a passion for hair. Having a background in art, she specializes in all color and balayage, along with bridal updos and hair styles. Holly is very passionate about connecting with her clients and building strong relationships with them. 

Theresa began her beauty career at the original Elle Salon in Lancaster in 2009. Loving all things beauty, she puts her cosmetology license to full use and continues to master the art in this industry.  Theresa offers full hair color services, along with men's cuts, pedicures, gel manicures, bridal makeup, and facial waxing.

Katie started at L South in March of 2021, and has been working in the cosmetology field ever since. She loves doing special occasion updos, styles and braids. Making sure that you're comfortable and you leave the chair feeling better about yourself is her biggest goal. She is always excited to learn new techniques and improve her skills. Katie lives in the Village of Hamburg where she loves being a part of the community and a part of Team L!

Gianna joined Team L South in June of 2022 after graduating from The Salon Professional academy in May of 2022. After spending two years of being the salon assistant along with perfecting her skills, Gianna is now proudly on the floor behind her own chair. She enjoys braiding, coloring, and cutting all textures of hair to make her clients feel beautiful and confident.

Victoria has been the newest addition to Team L South since February of 2024. She recently graduated beauty school in April of 2024 from Leon School of Beauty Knowledge One. Tori takes high interest in hair and nails, and is excited to start her career, making her clients feel beautiful every step of the way!

Ella has recently joined our team in July of 2024 after graduating from Continental School of Beauty. She is certified in extensions including Hybrid Weft, K-tips, I-tips,and Tape ins. Ella also specializes in Acrylic nails and designs, and all hair color services. Her passion is to make everyone look and feel beautiful!
