Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel an appointment. If a guest fails to cancel an appointment and/or is no-show, a cancellation fee will apply at 50% of the price of the scheduled service due before booking any future appointments. More than 2 cancellations by a client will require full payment of service in advance of booking an appointment.

We value the time you take for yourself to enjoy our salon services and ask you to reciprocate the same for our stylists who are dedicated to helping you feel your best. If you're running late, please call the salon to give notice to your stylist to reprioritize their schedule. Please note that late arrivals greater than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
